First full day on low carb. Body has to switch to burning fat takes time.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1237 kcal Fat: 59.69g | Prot: 96.39g | Carb: 19.16g.   Lunch: Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner: Cucumber (with Peel), Radish, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Lindt Excellence Orange Intense, Sainsbury's Red Leicester, Green Olives, Hellmann's Mayonnaise, Wall's Microwave Sausages, Morrisons Wafer Thin Smoked Ham, Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk, Gordon's Gin, Cathedral City Selections. more...

As long as you stay under 60g of net carbs, then by the 4th or 5th day you will have switched over / be in ketosis. Look out for headaches, they usually hit me hard by the 3rd day but will have disappeared by the 5th. If you get headaches or any kind of Atkins Flu symptoms, upping your sodium (electrolytes) & or drinking a broth should help immensely .
