Didn't lose as much as I had hoped for this week, but I feel as though this new plan is working for me. I am back on paleo and working hard to schedule in times to workout. I know that some days are harder then others but as spring awakens so does my effort to have a better body. Good luck to all in this coming week. peace and weight loss.
