Hey all. Sure it took a few days, but drinking lots of water and sweating (2 runs today!) I am feeling better. Isn't that crazy? All the old eating habits made us ignorant of the fact that we were so unhealthy. Sure, we all knew it was true, but to actually *feel* the difference is really a huge incentive. Of course, I'm completely not surprised to see that I'm still basically at the same weight. It's that same old hurdle I have to get over. Oops, though, I did eat a whole wheat roll someone had given me today.. raisins and walnuts. Good stuff. I just gave up some other things on the plan today, so I think I'm alright. I'm just making sure to keep exercising and balancing my eating. I'm not in a huge hurry, but I would like to meet my short term goal. 230 by July 4th. We'll see. :)

You are doing great! I am trying to drink more water to get rid of all the fluff I created eating too much sodium. I am not in a hurry either but I do want the weight off:)

Keep up the great work! I don't know what Phase you are on, but maybe you should throw in 1 or 2 days of Phase I to shock your body. That might help you get past your plateau. I'm sure you can make it to 230 by July 4th. Way to go so far! :)
