Just 3 days ago Evie turned 1 month old. I have been fluctuating between 177-180 since Evie was 2 weeks. I've decided it is time to take a concerted effort to slim down - cut out desserts and begin exercising.

1st goal: reach pre-baby weight of 167

2nd goal: 160

3rd goal: 151 - the weight I felt most confident about my body (for the record, not my lowest weight)

Known challenges:
drinking enough water
desserts
wine
exercising frequency & diveristiy
time
long-term follow through
180.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
