2196 kcal Fat: 87.50g | Prot: 88.05g | Carb: 275.08g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, Whole Milk, Kellogg's Corn Flakes. Lunch:  Pechuga de Pollo sin Piel,  Lechuga,  Tomates,  Cuscús (Cocidos). Dinner: Cream Cheese, Cacique Cotija Queso Seco,  Plátano Frito, Benita Queso Fresco, ShopRite Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla, Boar's Head Mortadella,  Frijoles Rojos Cocidos (sin Grasa Añadida en la Cocina). Snacks/Other: Magnum White Chocolate Ice Cream Bar, Smucker's Concord Grape Jelly, Great Value Crunchy Peanut Butter, Saltine Crackers, Spangler Dum Dum Pops. more...
