The last day of April and I've got to make May count. I'd like to push this now and think a teetot all month is in order with know carbs.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1544 kcal Fat: 34.27g | Prot: 113.57g | Carb: 50.08g.   Breakfast: Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts, Blackforest Fruit Mix, 0% Greek Yoghurt. Lunch: Tuna Chunks in Brine (130g), Mayonnaise, Small House Salad. Dinner: Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Corned Beef, Dry White Wine, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). more...
