Lowest in a long while 🎉 low carb , but not super strictly, but definitely low calories. Averaging
800 per day. No alcohol, gluten and dairy.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
