I've been off line and off my lifestyle plan for a while. I'm 10lbs. heavier which is so unacceptable. I am back on track with EVERYTHING. Starting the day off with meditation and prayer. Green smoothies for breakfast and lunch and stir fry vegetables for dinner. Walking and light weight training tonight and water, water, water. I'm looking forward to walking into the new year happier, lighter, and more focused. Be Well Everyone!
