I will truly never understand fluctuations. Yesterday I "gained" three pounds. Today I "lost" three pounds. It's frustrating, but I know that recording my weight only once a week keeps me a little more sane than not. I like to check it throughout the week, just to see how I am doing. It's my nature. But back down again. So, all the water I drink throughout the day must have helped get rid of the salt that was in my system. And a great workout this morning. Maybe I need to do the ARC trainer twice a week and the elliptical just once. Hmmmm......... Anyways, have a great hump day everyone. I will talk to you all later.
