Ginsin's Journal, 19 February 2023

Realize now that 60 was the magic number for me NOT to lose. So now for two years up and down, and haven't even got to my "normal" 202 (after 130 lbs loss) that was where I would go down from. Covid 2020 year was the best because I didn't walk into any stores. Picking up exactly what I needed (produce) was perfect. Now, been slacking for two years on and off and going up and down. Harder to budge now. After we got an Aldi near me (which of course carries too much splurge items for me, I have gotten back on track. I am never sitting around all day, still working 7 days a week with average of 5-7 miles walking daily. I know to keep weight off would definitely have to increase activity but with schedule (not excuses--even have arm weights at desk) it is so hard. I thought it was hard before, didn't think would slow this badly. UGGGGGHHHHHHH!!! I follow others in this age group and see they struggle with this as well.
