In avoidance mode for a bit. Birthday week, I got cupcakes (did freeze 4), pastries, etc. Will get on track soon, and then it's "Fall" to boot. I become a bear, want to eat and sleep. Even though I do work 7 days a week, I get home and within a couple of hours start dozing off. Doesn't matter that its 90 outside, my body still has that Fall/Winter pattern in the DNA. :) Did I mention, I HAD to buy Pumpkin Spice Cheerios....It is FALL!!! LOL
