Day 2 of the 30 Day Fitness Challenge:
push ups 5
squats 30
crunches 15
lunges 21
Done.

Arm jiggle workout...30 reps of each with 5lb weights
lying dumbbell tricep extension
seated tricep press
tricep dumbbell kickback (each arm)
reverse curl
standing overhead dumbbell press
dumbbell lateral raise
Done.

Treadmill: 30 minutes, speed 3.0, incline 3.0...Done

Elliptical: 33 minutes...Done.

My husband gave me a bunch of his old t-shirts, that were size L and XL that don't fit him any more, seeing as how mine are now getting too big. I wanted to try each one on to see if it fit. For each one I was scared that it was going to be too small. I would hold it up and think, it's too small, it's not going to fit, and while a couple of them were a bit tight I was surprised to see that they really did fit. It was an emotional experience for me to fit into a size that hasn't fit in many many years. I have been wearing 2X and 3X for years now.

I just got to a point where the larger women's sizes no longer fit but I still go there first in the stores. I still can't get my head around the change in size... It was the same with being aware of my size at my highest weight. I never felt as large as I was and was always surprised at how I looked in photos. Trust the increasing comfort in being able to wear smaller sizes. You are dong well.
