I had my check up today, and my doctor was amazed at my progress.

I used to hate going to the doctor, now I actually look forward to going. Every month he just can't believe what I have been able to accomplish. Last month I lost a total of 17 pounds! He told me that I proved him wrong. He didn't think I would be able to lose weight. He thought I would give up, just like so many people that he sees in his office. But not this time! Never give up! Never surrender!
