So happy I got to go to farmer's market. Since it's a holiday weekend I had free time today, their schedule coincides with mine on Saturdays. Got tons of cucumbers, fennel, leeks, mint, zucchini, sweet potato, kale, fresh thyme, feel motivated to make some egg, spinach, onion, feta cups for breakfasts. Make omelet with leeks, thyme, zucchini. Cucumbers with Greek yogurt and dill. Will pick up a watermelon to have with the cukes and mint too.

Ok I did have little splurges, pineapple kombucha, toasted coconut w pecans and honey, pork lumpia, boudin, can't go to a market and not have a few goodies.
