Back from break - so nice being able to get away. And I can't say I was perfect, but I did much better than I have other vacations. I'm sure I gained, but I'm hoping a lot of it is from bloat. I'll probably skip this Friday's weigh-in and wait until I'm back on track with my diet (it doesn't seem like an appropriate comparison).

Today:
930 - Granola Bar
230 - Veggie Sandwich and Dried Apple Rings
400 - Cereal
700 - Whole Wheat Pasta and Sauce
800 - Almonds and Dried Cherries
900 - Homemade Popcorn
1000 - Chocolate Soy Milk

Total: 1921

Breaks are important! :) Allow me to be a little nosy and I'm sorry for that, but I couldn't help noticing the soy milk. If you're in the States, it's almost certain the soy, in it, is from GMO soybeans. If you already know that though, then just ignore my comment.

I didn't! Thanks for the heads up. I got it as an attempt to replace chocolate after dinner. I'll have to think of something else though.
