You can do it! You and your health are much more important than the taste of those cookies. I know I used to lose myself and thought food would find me. I make no sense but I want you to know i'm praying for you!

If you exercise right now then you can burn off most of the sugar. That's how my father does before exercising because he has diabetes and apparently because your blood sugar goes down so much because of exercise he eats like super sugar candy bar before exercising to be safe. Go exercise right now and don't give those sugars and fats time to be absorbed!! And don't worry one binge won't put you back to the start line : P

Update: Just checked my body fat percentage as recommended by a few buddies. I got "20.5% body fat. - You have 27.6 Pounds of fat and 107.4 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water)." Seems like I'm coming off healthy with that, then why can't my body shape itself the way I want? haha

Don't give up you are doing great one little slip up won't hurt just keep going tomorrow! I ate a bit more than normal today too and planning my food for tomorrow has made me feel better! Don't weigh yourself in the morning it would just be some of the food still in you and not gained fat. Thats what I do to avoid extra scale stress! We are with you all the way!

Absolutely do not worry! Never do because it doesn't do you any good! A single meal will not have a significant impact in the long term. Just take this experience and use it in a next occasion :) The fact that you binged was probably due to you being hungry at the time. It's very "dangerous" to be hungry when we're dieting. The best thing is to always be sated using low caloric foods (veggies etc) and drink lots of water :)
