Hopefully I'll have some change. I'm in need of positives. Plus bikinis are getting closer and closer

1030 - Homemade Apple Oatmeal
130 - Chicken Noodle Soup
400 - Granola Bar and Peach
500 - Tea
730 - PB Banana Sandwich
1100 - Lindt Chocolate
Total: 1254 (Nervous I might be extra hungry tomorrow because of it, or it could be because it was a rest day from the gym. We'll see.)

I have my bikini debut on saturday when we are going swimming in the ocean. Although with living along the beach i'm in one every day but with a dress or shirt over it! Maybe you will be less hungry I get that sometimes and when I've eaten a big dinner i'm more hungry in the morning it's a little strange.

Btw i love lindt chocolate too i have it whenever i'm way under my calories in the evening. Have you tried the dark roasted almond?

I look at what your eating and what Im eating yikes.. mabey im eating too much?

Roecampy ,Each person needs different amounts. I'm guessing my intake to lose steadily would be around 1500 but i'm still breastfeeding so I eat 1600. Its all trial and error i find. F you are losing at a healthy rate your not eating too much but if your weightloss is stalling you might have to adjust your intake to your new weight?

I haven't tried the dark roasted almond, but I do love chocolate almonds! It was such a nice treat last night and I felt really satisfied, less deprived of the things I like. Oh, chocolate. And RoeCampy, today was a bit of an under-eat for me as well. Normally I'll get to about 1700 but I also exercise for at least an hour a day. It all depends on your lifestyle and what it is your eating. If I wasn't having whole grains and lots of fiber, I'd also probably be eating more. Hope that helps.
