So I made spaghetti tonight with ground turkey. Lets just say its not bad tasting but its not like normal spaghetti. haha. But I am willing to change anything I can to get myself healthier. For the first time ever I measured my food tonight, and was shocked to see how much I would normally eat. And it absolutely killed me to make my husband cheesy garlic bread but I did and I didn't pick off any of his. So proud of myself for that. Lately I've been getting a really really sweet tooth craving so I bought these chocolate fiber bars to keep me focused. Hope they taste like a hershey bar! I am eating way too much food trying to follow this plan. Hope it works for me. Smaller belly here I come!!! Once I get down five pounds then I will treat myself to something fun not involving food!
