that looks awesome. I love salmon but I looked last week and it was $10 a pound. so I imagined my .79 can of tuna was tastier. lol.

Salmon is expensive here too. I think I paid $8 for almost a pound. I've stocked up my freezer with chicken and pork chops and lean ground beef, I didn't mind buying the salmon.
I buy frozen riced cauliflower and microwave it, and fluff it up in my mixing bowl before pouring in my plate. 😁😁😁
