I'm 23 and I have been self conscious about my body every since I can remember. First few years of high school I managed a weight of 132, but then a fallen out with my parents put me in a depression mode my senior year of high school and I blossomed up to 156. For the last four years I have maintained my weight at 134-138, but can not get any lower. When I gained the extra pounds my senior year of high school it changed the way my stomach looks and frankly im disgusted by it.
I have been married for one year to a great guy that is very fit, and I feel like now is the time for me to get into shape. I love to eat as everyone else does too. I am the biggest one within my sisters and my mother, and that has always gave me self issues too. I do excercise about 3 times a week, but still no budge on the scale. Hopefully I'm getting some muscle. :)
