I just followed the directions for the microwave oatmeal. But in a small bowl I combined two tablespoons of low-fat cream cheese and one tablespoon of strawberry preserves, and stirred. Then I stirred in the cream cheese mixture to my cooked oatmeal topped with three chopped strawberries and almonds.
