I am trying to be more purposeful in my choices and I am not just talking about food. Yesterday instead of driving to the bank which is roughly 3 blocks away, I walked instead. I felt really good about moving my body halfway through the day and not using gas, which is close to $4.00 a gallon here in California. Another step in the right direction.
