Back on track after a day of loading and starting my shots again. A big change that has never happened before is that I am much more comfortable eating in the way that helps me lose weight. I felt like such a loser eating bad food yesterday. I've had a major shift in my thinking!

I had a really stressful experience today when I turned in my two-week notice at work and they told me the policy was to terminate immediately. I wasn't scheduled to start the new job for two weeks, and I freaked out! I called the Sr. Exec VP and told her how unfair and wrong it was, and how they weren't going to have me to help with the transition, and she got it changed to this Friday as my last day. In all of that stress, not once did I feel like eating. That is so opposite of how I've been my whole life. I love this change, and it feels permanent. I wish I understood it better so I could help others get it.
