Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pot and add diced onions.
- Sweat onions until they turn translucent. If you like garlic add minced clove now.
- Add turkey and brown until mostly cooked.
- Add all of your canned items making sure to drain the beans first.
- Add the chicken stock.
- Add the spices. Season to taste.
- Bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve.
- Note: if you like your soup super flavorful, double up on the spices and add black pepper.
