Directions
- Slice cucumbers and onions, put in medium bowl.
- Boil vinegar and water in medium saucepan.
- Pour over cucumbers and onion.
- Add Splenda and dill.
- Stir, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

our nutritionist, who is helping us with the low GI suggestion, told us to avoid packet sweetners. Her reason was that the non liquid, or dry packet sweetners also contain a bulking agent that changes the GI of the sweetner.
