Strawberry and Banana Soy Smoothie
A great smoothie to have in the morning, especially when you are on the go.
Ingredients
Directions
- If available use light chocolate soy milk (like 8th Continent brand).
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix.
- Once blended makes quite a large size smoothie.
- Note: smoothie also keeps well for a few days once blended.

sounds disgusting. I would never use soy milk on anything, AND I certainly wouldn't use chocolate with strawberries and banana.
