Pork Roast Vegetable Soup
Light and tasty pork and veggies soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Using a medium sauce pan bring water to boil and add pork roast, onions, seasoning (like Mrs. Dash), salt, margarine, turnips and carrots.
- Lower burner to simmer until turnips and carrots are soft.
- Add in potatoes and bring to boil and lower down again and simmer until potatoes are soft.
- Add in cream of mushroom soup and mix well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes then remove from heat and serve.
