Thai inspired peanut sauce made with lime, chili oil, sesame oil, all natural peanut butter and honey.
Ingredients
Directions
- Squeeze lime into pan. Add soy sauce, chili oil and sesame oil. Add and heat grated ginger and garlic through.
- Add peanut butter, stir. Bring to a light boil. Add the water. The mixture will smooth out once it reaches boiling.
- Add salt and honey to taste.
- Simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve as a dipping sauce for potstickers. Also fabulous drizzled over greens salad with tofu and steamed broccoli finished with a few roasted peanuts.

Excellent. I added coarsely chopped green onions and used almond butter instead of peanut butter. It worked perfectly.

This was awesome! I made it and put it on rice noodle with some steamed carrots that I'd sliced really thin, snap peas and peppers... crushed a few peanuts on the top and voila--amazing peanut noodles--and not that bad for you--especially for how good they tasted!

I used sugar rather than honey, and didn't have chili oil so left it out. This sauce is light and delicious.
I made my own Vietnamese spring rolls with low cal veggies and dipped in sauce. Wonderful & filling low cal dinner.
