Directions
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- Roll into balls (about the size of a golf ball).
- Note: can freeze or keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

I think this sounds like a very tasty treat, but I’m not sure that eating just one of them would be doable. I might try them and freeze them. They also would not travel which is a bummer because they would be great for energy on a long hike.
