Delicious and filling. I took this with some carrots sticks to the cinema last week. It stopped me eating a bucket of popcorn!

This had a great flavor, but was really runny for me. I drained the beans beforehand, and used greek yogurt instead of the typical kind. I recommend nixing the 1/2 oz of water, and maybe even cutting back on the lemon juice. Or just add more chickpeas. I'll be making this again for sure!
