Directions
- In bowl slice peeled cucumber and red onion.
- In another bowl mix mayonnaise, water and vinegar.
- Pour mixture over cucumbers and onions, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and place in fridge for 3 hours before serving.

No. I think that the proportions on the recipe are wrong. I make something similar. 2 medium sliced cucumbers, a slice of red onion, the rings are separated. 3 tablespoons of mayo, 1/4 tsp of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water. It does serve only me....but I love cukes!!

I was willing to try this but again the recipe is messed up. Serves 1 ????? Who would eat all this for themselves? This recipe needs adjustment. This is more like a 4 serving recipe. Please lets get these recipes right.
