Chicken and Noodle Casserole
Simple and delicious cheesy casserole.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package.
- Cook boneless chicken breast till done. Then cube.
- In a casserole dish, mix milk, soup, parmesan cheese and black pepper.
- Once chicken is cubed add to dish and mix. Once noodles are done add to the dish and mix
- Bake on 400 °F (200 °C) for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Put back in oven for another 5 minutes to melt cheese.

I doubled the size and used a can of cream of chicken and a cream of mushroom.. Awesome!

This was a very easy dish to make. I substituted 1 cup of long grain rice, for the noodles, and added 4 stalks of celery...it was wonderful. I will make this one again and again.

Simple comfort food!!

This was pretty good. Using non fat milk and reduced fat mozzarella cuts the calories to about 330 per serving.

This was pretty good. I added a bag of mirowave steamed broccoli that I cut up pretty small (to hide it from my kids!). I thought it needed to be a little more saucy, but that's probably from the addition of the broccoli. I'll probably add a little fat free sour cream next time and maybe some garlic powder. I used rotisserie chicken to make it faster.

i used cream of mushroom soup and a colby montary cheddar cheese. I also placed a small crust of part of the parmesan cheese and cornflakes prior to cooking for the first time. it was awesome new favorite for me

Made this meal my 5 year old son had three bowls (kids size bowls) and my husband had two.. it was so good

I will probably use cream of chicken or mushroom soup instead of celery soup
