An easy low calorie meal in a bowl that will satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients
Directions
- Bring the chicken stock to rapid boil in pot.
- Add the freshly shredded cabbage.
- Bring pot to high and let simmer for about 12-15 minutes, until cabbage is cooked through and falling apart.
- Turn stove off and take pot off hot plate.
- Use a hand blender or food processor and process all ingredients until puree has developed.
- Cool and serve.

With low sodium, organic or home-made broth, this soup is great for Phase 2. You can add cooked/canned chicken breast to it for a complete meal. Freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice turn it into a feast. Yum!

i couldnt eat it. it was vile! i really like cabage so i thought id like it... but after blending it .. it looked sooo unappetising, and it tasted really salty - maybe it was the chicken stock but either way. yuk. id rather jst eat the cabage plain. BLEH!
