A quick and easy casserole.
Ingredients
Directions
- Brown lean ground beef with onions, peppers and garlic.
- Add tomatoes and paste and cook to make sauce.
- Cut up cabbage and rinse, do not cook.
- Layer ingredients, cabbage and then sauce, finishing with sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° F (175° C) for 1 hour.
- Note: you can use ground turkey for less calories/points.

Very Good!! I used ground chicken instead. Also only used a 14 oz can of tomatoes

Because it looked like too many tomatoes I did cut down on the tomatoes to 14.5oz. can instead of 28oz. Not sure what is meant with the garlic so I put in 1-2 cloves minced. Seemed to be missing something, but not bad. Layered in the crockpot & cooked all day.

I really liked this! I used turkey meat instead of beef, and served topped with just a bit of shredded cheese. Makes good left-overs too.

This is pretty good! My husband is a huge cabbage fan so this was right up his alley! Definitely a keeper!
