Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl add oil, sugars, eggs and mashed banana. Mix well.
- Combine both mixtures together. Mix well.
- Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes.

Great muffins. Very moist with good flavor. This is the third time making them. I'm going to try splenda for sugar this time.
