Cranberry Apple Muffins

Sweet, baked treats fresh from the oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together.
  4. Add chopped apples and cranberries to dry mix and stir to coat.
  5. Add wet ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.
  6. Fill cupcake cups evenly for 12 servings.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
