Banana Cottage Cheese Bread with Chocolate Chips
A delightful baked good, perfect with coffee or tea.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mash the bananas and beat with cottage cheese.
- Grind chia seeds to powder and add 6 tablespoons water to make a paste.
- Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
- Combine the two mixtures until smooth. Fold in the chips.
- Pour in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
