Directions
- Mix oatmeal, oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Mix coconut oil, apple sauce, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Add raisins and walnuts.
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan.
- Pour mixture into pan and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Check with a toothpick (comes out clean when inserted).
