I'm happy with these results. I wasn't as diligent as I would like, but I'm happy to she i didn't fall off track nearly as much as I though. Another week, another chance to reach my goals.

Take I lost count of getting back into the gym everyday. My workload has finally decreased, but I'm starting the week off with a migraine unfortunately. I'm running behind but I'm going to the gym soon after this post.

I haven't been able to go to the gym for like 3 weeks now because of my workload and a string of 3 day migraines, but this week I'm going back into my routine and hopefully I'm done with this migraine phase. I'm disappointed with the one pound gain, but it's probably water weight because I didn't fast yesterday. I'm trying to stop focusing on the number on the scale, but it's hard not to.
