I feel the same way about the reports and the confusion! Though, I don't believe cholesterol will be completely unaffected by daily yolk eating, I do think 2-3 days a week should be fine! I have been eating eggs all my life, only did whites-only for about a couple months last year, but I wouldn't call myself a huge egg eater! I do it in spurts. I say do consciously and safely while you're young and hopefully you can continue into your older age. Otherwise get ready to be restricted when you hit late 50's to 60's, I'm sure!
