"AROUND THE WORLD" (in 42 Days)
MINI CHALLENGE
FOR BREAKFAST I LIKE OMELETTES MADE WITH VEGGIES AND CHEESE AND A LOW CARB SLIM FAST OR ATKINS SHAKE. WHEN I START LOW CARBING AGAIN ON TUESDAY I'M GOING TO WATCH MY SALT INTAKE. I USUALLY TAKE IN A LOT OF SALT AT BREAKFAST TIME.
HEALTHY SNACKING: I EAT HARD BOILED EGGS AND CHEESE STICKS. I ALSO LIKE TO CUT UP RAW VEGGIES AND DIP THEM IN SOME KIND OF HEALTHY SALAD DRESSING.

MINI CHALLENGE
Mindless Munching
I always have pork rinds, sugar free chocolate, and atkins bars around when i'm low carbing (which is most of the time). I have the munchies after dinner most of the time. You know how you want to just watch a movie and munch?
Food Labels
I learned how to subtract sugar alchohol and fiber to get the "net" carbs of something when low carbing.
