So I have definitely been COMPLETELY off track which equaled a 5lb gain in the past couple weeks...between bbqs with the family and a full weekend of wedding events I have been totally derailed. However, I'm back in FL now and ready to get back on track. I strained my calf muscle so I haven't been able to work out either...I think I will be good to go tomorrow tho and I'm looking forward to getting back into running. New day tomorrow!

Well, I did pretty decent yesterday considering I went to a luau party for most of the day and night. I worked out this morning by running for 30 min and then doing a leg workout. Feeling pretty good and I will probably go to the beach for most of the day. Hope everyone enjoys the last of the weekend!

Soooo I definitely fell off the wagon yesterday in the form of I got pretty tipsy with my friends. However, I just was drinking and forgot to eat dinner so I still lost....but still not a good way to do things. Anyway, I'm gonna try to be really good today!
