Day 1
Cut out all processed foods including fast foods, cut out all cereals. limit your carb intake to 150g per day. Avoid foods with added sugars and foods where the label list ingredients that are not understandable. Cut out all raw sugar from your diet. No fruit juices of any kind (eat the fruit instead). Eat small portions of meat, poultry, and fish that you cook. Doing this is the equation to reverse your pre-diabetic condition.

Breakfast
Eat sausage, egg, avocado and a little cheese. These are proteins and fats. Avoid Cereal completely. No more than 15g of oatmeal and/or fruit per serving. Avoid yogurts and honey. All sugars.
