thanks br_e_co. Im just not going to give up on this...thats all...I appreciate the support...the fact is that the more I want it the better I will get at sticking to it......but so far I am feeling good about my beginning....and my blood pressure has already shown improvement...and consistently for two weeks...now....

So if the figure says 863 that means that I have a total intake of 862 calories for that day.....? And if my total intake is 862 then why would I not be showing a weight loss. I figured to lose weight at my size and weight that I would have to take in 1700 calories or less a day. But the scale is saying nothing.......Im not giving up because I seriously want to lose and keep weight off but it does get a bit frustrating.
