I came down with a very painful kidney infection (acute pyelonephritis) so my food intake and calorie count are very low for the past 2 days. Had two horrible nights of cramps and pain, but today I feel a bit better and got to sleep for 6 hours.
At least this has led me to drink much water, and absolutely no snacking ;)

I have a tendency to drink too much coffee so starting today I am going to limit my caffeine intake to maximum two servings per day, which in my case would make one coffee or matcha tea for breakfast and one latte macchiatto either in uni or at home in the afternoon.
For replacements I have chosen my favourite things:
a) Roibus Tea with Honey
b) Water
c) Cinnamon Tea during the morning and afternoon
d) One juice/ green smoothie a day
