FAT percentage?
The Atkins tips say to count carbs and watch your calories - but what about fat? I think my carbs and calories are controllable, but when I get all that in line, the fat percentage comes up higher than the protein! Is this okay? My carbs percentage is very VERY low, my protein percentage moderate to high, but my fat percentage is the highest of all. Am I doing this correctly? Thanks much! Smiles!
