Well, another two weeks shot to hell. I’ve been doing lots of gardening, wood chipping, hauling chips all over kingdom come. I’m so sore by the end of the day, that I ice myself, take a Tylenol... shower and have a martini! I have lost 6 inches from various parts of my body, and I must say, I th8 k I have gained some muscle. There. That’s my story and I’m sticking with it! Have a great week, followed by a fun filled weekend!

Ok, I took measurements too, every two weeks. I have lost 6.5” from all over the bubble. And, Rosio19- I think it’s you, you are right no need to cheat when you are on a diet(AKA healthy eating plan) that you like. Good luck to everyone, and I hope my success continues for many moons to come!

I’ve joined a group for support. I admire everyone here, but I am needy and need more. I am very happy with the support and assists in problem solving, now to loose some weight....
