I'm a mother of two and recent GRAMMA. 45 years young who has struggled with my weight since I was at Weight watcher at 13. But seeing myself at 278 was enough to scare me. My life style has changed since January 10/16 My goal is below 160
My exercise is walking to a Nutri system in home CD
My reasons are strong .......I want to be healthier and live well to be a better Mother and Daughter
LCHF is the life style for us
This still would not be possible with the aid and support of my Dad
Bad news I hit my goal weight of 156 but I gained most of my weight back. I am back to get my life on track again
