Hey y'all (I'm from SC)
My name is Summer and I am 22 years old. I work full time and go to school part time, therefore staying very busy. I lost 20 pounds over the summer, but when school started back up, I gained 10 back. I am looking for motivation to keep eating healthy and exercising regularly. I recently began the "400 Calorie Fix" diet, aka 4 - 400 calorie meals/day or 1600 calories. I also am trying to begin the Couch 2 5K program. I figured this program would get me outdoors at least 3 days a week and bring some variety to my exercise routine. The other days I will be participating in Zumba. I want to love 40 pounds and get back to a healthy weight. I hope to find some motivational buddies through this program and drop pounds and shed inches together. Good luck to everyone!
