Okay so I'm back. I started working out again yesterday. I did 15 min. on the treadmill and some dumbell lifts on my arms. They are starting to look flabby. I have been doing okay loosing the weight without working out. But I need to get in shape too. So here I go again. Good luck to us all!

Well, I'm back! The holidays and long work days are gone. Time to get focused on losing some weight. Although I did manage to lose some already. I went from 169 to 162. But I was sick with a flu bug and didn't eat for 2-3 days. Time to get back on the treadmill. How is eveyone else doing?
